JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Execute recruiting & training plans & Admin.
- Develop internal teambuilding activities.
- Build corporate culture and image.
- Review application/resume; interview job applicants; evaluate applicant skills and make recommendations regarding applicant‘s qualifications.
- Attend career fairs for recruiting and company registration.
- Coordinate and implement college recruiting initiatives.
- Other tasks are assigned by manager.
JOB REQUIREMENT:
- Graduated College or University, in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field is a requirement for this position.
- Above 2 year experience on recruiting, traIning and admin in HR field.(Must have 1+ years experience IT Recruitment)

- Have strong knowledge of documents management, reports.
- Strong communication & presentation skills and able to build effective relationships.
- Smart, proactive, creative, dynamic, enthusiastic
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be accurate and efficient, high energy. Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Superior interpersonal and coaching skills including patience and ability to work well with staff at all levels.
